The rock in the surf.

The residential building takes its historical name from its location in the village centre of Schenna. The Felseck stands on rocky ground with steeply sloping terrain by the Schnuggenbach stream. We have therefore modelled the shape of the ground plan on the angular rock. The blue and red colour of the façade is reminiscent of the existing building. Residential building with 11 small rental units for singles, workers and small families.
