The old military site is to be transformed into a neighbourhood with a high functional and spatial density. A neighbourhood where you can look out onto green facades, where the streets are transformed into squares, where traffic is slowed down and where people come together. Where young and old live and work together, where the barrier between town and country gradually disappears. Where agriculture in the city is being rethought and where culture and community play an important role.
