Villa H.
Living surrounded by nature.

Set between apple orchards and a spacious garden, the residential building presents itself as a calm, powerful structure. Almost completely enclosed on two sides, it opens up towards the valley. The architecture thrives on contrast: permeable in places, compact in others. Rough plaster meets smooth surfaces, light tones meet dark tones, wood contrasts with glass. Opposites that come together to form a calm, confident materiality.

A decentralized ridge divides the volume into two distinct sections. Solid forms contrast with cantilevered windows. The ground floor and upper floor are clearly distinguishable. A continuous offset emphasizes the division. Vertical wooden slats run across both stories, visually connecting them, concealing the windows, and creating privacy. Rhythm. Calm. Order.

Inside, the same sense of clarity continues. Neutral colors, clean lines, and elegant fabrics set the tone. Shades of green introduce accents, while light and dark wood tones meet mineral elements. A sophisticated world of materials. Calm. Relaxed. Enduring.
