From Sleeping Beauty to Climate House winne

The two brothers Markus and Hannes bring their parents' farmhouse, which is a listed building, out of its slumber. The plan: two contemporary flats for their families. However, the building had been vacant for several years and was extensively renovated by us in close cooperation with the heritage office. The building was completely gutted and important elements such as stone walls and vaults were preserved. The less historically valuable building fabric, on the other hand, was removed to create spacious, light-flooded rooms. It worked. Thank you Markus and Hannes.
